Mint Condition

Ingredients:

• 1 can Driftee Lime

• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice

• 0.5 oz simple syrup

• 6 to 8 fresh mint leaves

Method:
Gently slap the mint and add it to a Collins glass. Add lime juice and simple syrup, fill with ice, then top with Driftee Lime. Give it a soft stir so the mint perfumes the drink without turning grassy.

Garnish:
Mint sprig and lime wheel.

If you want to push it:

• Add a splash of cucumber juice for a garden-fresh twist

• Swap simple for honey syrup to warm it up

• Or rim the glass with sugar and lime zest for a subtle pop
